What is true leadership? What tools are required to create & enter into the New Earth?

The old “carrot & stick” model of leadership is over, we need a new model based upon our values, purpose, imagination and intuition.

Leadership means being able to lead ourselves first, it involves being creative and having the courage to step outside our barriers of beliefs, and it must be heart driven.

To be true leaders, we need to break the old paradigms and have the courage to set sail for new uncharted shores, as the old world is breaking down now & massive change is coming for the world.
