PURCHASES AND REFUNDS
Any resource that is purchased is done so at your own risk. The Ark Education NZ has a no refund policy. Please be 100% sure of your purchase before payment.
EXEMPTION FROM INDEMNITY
We are a mode of connection. We are entirely exempt from indemnity once a consumer (learner, care-giver, etc.) enters into an agreement or contract with a contributor (subscriber, educator, educational service provider, educational business) to our directories.
QUALITY OF RESOURCES
We will take all care to provide high quality resources, however, we are not responsible for the outcome of their use.
PRICING FOR SELLERS
Contributors wishing to sell a resource on our resources page are responsible for pricing. Please be aware that all payments made will be received by The Ark Education NZ and deposited into your nominated account monthly and a report emailed to you at the same time.
COPYRIGHT
All resources must be the original work of the Contributor. Any copyright infringements must be reported to team@thearkeducation.co.nz immediately upon discovery.
All content of this website (www.thearkeducation.co.nz) is protected by copyright laws, and cannot be replicated or plagiarized. Any sharing of content has to be done with the expressed permission of The Ark Education NZ. Any content cannot be used for commercial purposes by others.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
All public comments made will be monitored and The Ark Education NZ reserves the right to delete any comments that are defamatory, contain inappropriate language, or are deliberately inflammatory. Copyright infringement in comments is not allowed.
LINK SHARING
You may not share links, in order to protect Subscribers' assets, such as images and videos.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Should an issue arise between the purchaser/consumer and the contributor/seller, The Ark Education NZ takes no responsibility for resolving any dispute. All complaints and resolutions remain with the contributor/seller.
PAYMENTS
Credit/debit card payments are accepted through secure payment on the website.
FEE ADJUSTMENTS
The Ark Education NZ reserves the right to adjust its fees and charges at any time without notice.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website or the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Website and the Services will immediately cease.
CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS
